  Never has problem of cases (eb-1a, NIW, h1b, OPT) with my previous immigration attorneys. The office didn't put effort in filing my case other than complaining about the USCIS officers. If your case gets a RFE or rejected, well, they don't think it's their problem and ask you to order a more expensive third-party evaluation service. Ask for follow-up information and was told the weekly-based emails are "UNNECESSARY". I AM SORRY??? Save your money and stay away from this office.

  I worked with Alice in this office on my O-1 visa and she was absolutely fantastic, thorough, and supported me though the entire process. It was a pleasure to work with her. When I followed up a few years later with a question about my wife's H1B and marriage green card, she replied promptly and went out of her way to ask her colleagues and get us a response. I asked if we should pay, and she said no need. Instead, she was thrilled to have helped. My wife and I were really not sure what to do even after asking ChatGPT, another lawyer, her workplace HR staff, checking the USCIS site, etc. Alice gave us confidence to know that we did everything by the book and, thus, my wife can enter the country without issues. Indeed, my wife entered the country without issues.
