  Monday: Firm operator answers my call. I explain the reason for my call. She said to let her check to see if Ms. XXX is available, then transfers my call. No one answered, so I left my name, a general voice message and my return number. Friday: My call had not been returned. I called again. Operator said to let her check to see if Ms. XXX is available. My call is again transferred and again, no answer. I called operator again and explained my situation, my unreturned call and the attempted previous calls had not been returned nor answered. The operator said Ms. XXX works from home and may be unavailable. I explained to the operator that I would not need her firms services and had to seek another legal service provider.

  The worst group of over priced $700 per entry level attorneys on the planet. DO NOT use this over priced leeching organization. They were supposed to manage our labor issues and we ended up paying 3 times more in payments to them than the actual claim. Do NOT use them. You will be sorry.
