Hired this firm to prepare a very simple cease and desist letter on behalf of an Association, we've been charged a very unreasonable fee and there were no room for any discussion, pretty much the attitude of: Pay and leave. I never felt so mistreated as a client and I wouldn't recommend anyone to consider their services.
