  Run! Richard Canzano will take your money. In my case, he promised to file my chapter 13 nine months ago and asked for $800 check for upfront fees. Then he included his administrative fees of $4,500 to be paid over the period of the payment plan, after nine months when he actually filed my c-13, plus he claimed fees from my legal insurance.   Horrible attorneys. Filled out important documents incorrectly and it's like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond to your emails or advise on anything. I would choose another lawyer if you're searching.
