  Attorneys Eric Rothauser and John Bonee in this firm represented me on a complex real estate right of way issue in an industrial area in Farmington CT. The defendants believed their case was ironclad. Remarkably, we prevailed. Eric found prior case histories and was confident. I read and reread our defense (legal terminology). I understood nothing. I only know after depositions and trial, the judge ultimately ruled in our favor. Without that ruling, we would have had a driveway built along the boarder of our nine acre parcel to lead to a cell phone tower. The road and consequently the tower were not built thanks to this ruling.
