  We liked her so well when she helped us close our real estate deal that we chose her for our estate issues (wills, etc.), and then so did every member of our family. Unfortunately, we've had to execute the will of one of our family member, and she has helped us just as much. This attorney is exactly the kind of person one should have in handling such sensitive matters. She is reasonable, kind, smart, and very professional.   We needed some last minute consulting on a new house we were buying/building in a planned 55+ NC community (we live out of state, moving to NC). A friend of a relative recommended Beth. Within 2 days of contacting her, we had a conference call scheduled. We spoke for almost 30 minutes and she very clearly and kindly answered all our concerns/questions and then when I asked what we owed her, she said nothing, she was happy to help!
