  On an abandoned building photography trip in Indiana three of us got cited for misdemeanor trespass. Quickly following the Lake Co Indiana summons' that arrived via US Mail we all got solicitations from many lawyers. We split up the exploratory calls and decided to engage Russell Brown and Regions Lawyers. Representing us individually Russell Brown did a great job getting me/us represented. He was able to get this case deferred for six months and ultimately dismissed six months from now. With no trouble like this in my past I am happy it is going to be cleared up.

  Russel Brown exceeded my expectations. He was not only able to make sure I walked away from a dicey case without compromise, he threw in making several traffic violations go away magically. His assistant, Heather, is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The Region Lawyers is a good group.   I was fighting a one level 6 felony, two Misdemeanor A's, and one Misdemeanor B. Russell Brown took my case on and was able to get all charges dropped and my records expunged. It may seem like Russell isn't focused on your case, but he's a very busy attorney focused on many cases including yours. Explain to him your situation and he will fight for you to the best of his ability. I was skeptical at first because of lack of communication, but once I addressed those issues he reassured me and eventually all my charges were dropped. And now I can fight back and get the justice I deserve for having charges wrongfully pressed on me.

  Mr. Brown was very professional and handled my case with meticulous care.
