  Just an all around awful closing experience. Attorney was 20 mins late to the closing, and had absolutely no clue about the deal. Zero. Was "filling in" for my attorney. I can deal with people being late, and even not being fully familiar with my particular closing, what I don't appreciate is them holding on to the closing paperwork to help the seller "settle up" with the HOA at my new condo, preventing me from being able to set up my residence...from call box to HOA dues, to listing it for rent, this delay on their part was extremely aggravating. When I called to ask why they hadn't sent the paperwork, I was told that they don't have to send it right away. They can hold onto it for as long as they like. I think thats important for any buyer to know when working with this company. Oh and they are also closed on Friday's. Lost a day of closing because of that too.
