  I am beyond grateful for the help Mr. Perez offered me so I would not be without a home during the winter months. I have never been summoned to court for something I did not do, and Mr. Perez gently and kindly walked me through the process. Mr. Perez gave me soothing advice during the times I felt overwhelmed. It's hard to feel calm when you realize you are being taken to court be someone who once called you a friend, and they are trying to damage your name and leave you homeless. However, Mr. Perez handled my case with the upmost professionalism. With his help, I was able to secure housing while avoiding court.
