  Worst service ever! Literally took my money and ran. After I paid Chancey I never heard back, never returned phone calls. Still to this day he has my money and I have never heard back. Save your money and look elsewhere.

  No matter what the charge and I really mean no matter. Scott Kavanos is the only lawyer this side of the Mississippi that I want in the court room with me. He rules in all the courtrooms I have ever been in with him. Love the Man!!

  "Great!", was my first thought after talking to him. I thought I had found a great attorney I had heard that he was a tactician in the courts. But so far (as of 3-28-23) I have not been connected in over 100 days. In September of 2022 I deposited $1000 with his office. Since then I have had 2 meetings with the office. 1st. The Attorney I hired introduced me to a different attorney and told me to contact him. " He will be assisting me with your case" 2nd. Was mediation that was held at his office, but he was at court. The mediation brought no help to my case. And meditation cost me another $375. Since I first hired him I have only spoken to him twice. Both times it was to tell me that we would talk again in the future. I stop by the office once a month and request a contact. One time I spoke with the receptionist and she was very hateful and rude. "When is the last time you made a payment?" I told her "I don't remember, what is my balance?" My balance was (-$900). That's $900 in the positive. I phone the office twice a month. I have sent several Email just to find out last week (3-27-2023) that the man Franklin told me to Email and use as a contact does not even work there anymore. So I requested a total balance for my account and the lady on the phone said no one has access to that information except Franklin. So she said he would be in contact with me. My children are suffering. Their lives are being jerked around. I'm trying not to lose our house and go bankrupt. I don't sleep well, my health is falling apart. My little girls, I hold them at night while they cry themselves to sleep. My son has been struggling in school with grades and behavior. I'm a very supportive father. All of my kids are getting professional help. And we spend as much time as possible together having fun and making new memories. But the pain of this divorce dragging out with no contact from my attorney is causing me stress that is hard to hide from my little ones. My divor

  I have known Franklin for many years now. He has always been very accessible and quick with advise on many legal issues/ questions that I may have had. He truly is a gentleman and a legal scholar. I would highly recommend him for any legal needs that you may have. I am very happy to have found Franklin first as my attorney but most importantly my trusted friend and consul. Attorneys sometimes get a bad rap, with Franklin you will see that he doesn't fit that sterotype.
