  Charles Stalnaker was the assigned GAL in our family court case. I found his report to be comprehensive, thorough, and with no stone left unturned. Throughout the process he was communicative, transparent, and returned calls and emails promptly. What was most beneficial about being assigned Mr. Stalnaker was that he did not judge the case on first impression and make a rash judgement. He took the time to fully investigate all aspects and was diligent in deciphering fact from fiction. By doing so, his recommendation to the court was truly reflective of the child's best interest and for that I am very thankful.

  I called this man last minute and he got my son's case on the docket . Did our consult and showed up and showed out in the court room and got exactly what we wanted all in 5days!! He knows what he's doing !! I highly recommend him for Family Court esp involving custody!!

  Mr. Stalnaker went above and beyond to make our adoption smooth. He got us a court hearing very quickly and made sure everything was in line for it to be finalized immediately. Even stuck around to take a couple family pictures for us! Would recommend and use again it the future if it is needed!
