  We hired him, because he is very knowledgeable, has over 30 years experience and is just very dedicated in what he is doing. No matter if you have a hard or easy case. He will do his best for you and whenever you have questions you can call him and he will make time for you. I also want to mention that he has a great reputation here in Charleston. He doesn't charge like other lawyers anything for your first consultation and his prices are very reasonable, compared to other lawyers who charge 70 Dollars for 30 minutes of first consultation. All in all he is the best you can get.

  David Frost took my $750 to complete my I-140 refiling and did NOT complete the paperwork! Instead he tells me that he is preoccupied keeping illegals out of jail and wanted to charge me an additional $200 for advice. Advice that turns out to be outdated when I consulted with other attorneys. Even gave me a handwriiten contract and he operates from his house. Now in the process of seeking a recourse of action to finally recover my money! It still burns me to this very day that I was taken for a ride!

  David Frost is very knowledgable and experienced. From filing to approval was approximately 100 days - the process went much quicker and smoother than I expected!   David Frost helped me with the process of getting my wife to the us, it was a total of two years with paperwork and the process and she has her green card now!!!   We can't say enough good things about David. He guided my wife and me through our entire immigration process from Canada to the USA, starting before our marriage and continuing through every step of the green card process. My wife is originally from the Philippines, and one of the best pieces of advice David gave us early on was to have her obtain Canadian citizenship before moving to the U.S. to marry me.
