  Told us no court date but went on and did it anyway without us so we had to file a motion. Then to make matters worse, the child support payments are so high we will starve then we got a very high bill from the courthouse for a court hearing we didn't even get to go to. We just have to hope the attorney we have to hire can get it modified.

  This place sucks terribly. We had an appointment at 9am. Checked in at 8:40am. All we needed to do was modify our child's insurance. We finally got paperwork completed and signed at 12:10pm. Stacey Roundtree was the person that helped us and we aren't sure if Stacey knew what her job was. There was constant interruptions from other employees about who is going to lunch at what time, who can approve what financial numbers, if street names are spelled properly. She asked us probably 30 times, how much insurance is every 2 weeks. Then she wanted to argue with us about if we wanted to do this or go to court. We already knew what we wanted to do. They just wanted to have us sit there and waste time.

  These people need to be investigated. My sons dad simply skips court and he is able to avoid making his monthly payments. They don't try at all the debt is almost 25k and nothing is being done. I took off work for court just for it to be canceled because he didn't show. This system needs to be restructured. I wish the news or the federal government would investigate, these children need the money they are owed.

  The navigating of getting to talk to someone could be made a little less tedious. However, each time I've spoken to someone they have listened and provided me with answers to all of my questions. They have been able to answer or direct me to an answer in each instance. I get that the wait times can be a little long but given the nature of call volumes I understand. Have not gotten to a point where I spoke with someone who could not help me.

  Lost useful and lost days of work pay to try and resolve problem too no avail what so ever please God help child support office for more supportive people than people that have no clue on there work ethics

  Negative stars. Terrible wait times. Sat on hold waiting for "next available agent" for OVER AN HOUR. While waiting I had muted my microphone, so when someone finally took my call there was a BRIEF PAUSE while taking my phone off mute, THEY HUNG UP ON ME. Within SECONDS. I started SPEAKING and the woman straight up HUNG UP. Not to mention, I was called and told my virtual meeting was rescheduled. I was given date and time. I showed up. NO ONE ELSE DID??? And now I can't get ahold of ANYONE to CONFIRM MY HEARING OR MY ATTENDANCE. This is INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
