They don't answer their phones EVER! it's a class action lawsuit that we've waited for a couple of yrs for. They said settlement wolf be around the end of 2024. They are seeping interest on the settlement. I they sent letters to us in june 2025 that they will wait until July and give people the option to appeal their case which we k own is a lie. They won't distribute our individual settlement amount until Sept 15 2025. They are thieves, they have millions of our $$$ they are sitting on so they can seep interest off of it. Today is Aug 18,2025 and they leave us on hold so after 15 minutes we are sent to a voicemail. Seriously, there's are what Irvine people are like,l. Gimme gimme gimme. They have all celebrated fine din8ng 9n this interest anls we sit and wait. If anyone has a lawsuit to file, don't use this lawfirm. They don't care about u

A major class action settlement for the company I work at was processed through this company. They sent my $1,300 check to an address I lived at over 2 years ago. I called over a month ago and gave them the new address, and they said I would have the check by 6/28. Instead of sending a new check they did some kind of mail forwarding for me to receive the old one. It's now 7/1 and I have yet to receive anything. I am on hold with them right now. I'll keep this review updated as the situation progresses. UPDATE 1: Still 7/1. As others have mentioned it seems I will have to wait 6-8 weeks for a reissue. So mid-late August at the earliest for a check my peers had received in spring... We will see I suppose. I will update this review by the end of August. UPDATE 2: I received my check on 8/23. I'm updating my review to 3 stars instead of one because, while I did receive my check, they make it very difficult. Makes sense, I am sure they keep the funds from whatever checks "don't make it" to the right people. Anyways, glad it's over now.

Its extremely worrying and disheartening that legal matters and peoples money in which they are entitled are being handled by an extremely shady and unscrupulous company such as this. I was awarded a sum of money in a class action suit, and this company apparently sent word via an address I never lived at. When I found out I was awarded this money and reached out they said I had 'missed the deadline'. I want to know where is my money and when am I getting it. they were entrusted to deliver it to me. And Im entitled to it as per the orders of a court of law

They do not contact you or verify your address. If you are out of the country for a 100 days or if there is a mailing issue and you dont receive your check before 100 days they keep your money. They will not reissue a check because they keep it. Does not matter what the reason is. They get paid to win compensation for people that were wronged. Then they wrong the people they represent. Maybe a class action lawsuit can be filed against them.

Terrible! Was expecting a settlement check to be sent 3 weeks ago.I called back to see if it was mailed.1st person couldn't find me in the system, got hung up on twice while on hold, and 2nd person told me it was sent to an old address and they have to wait 30 days before issuing a new one.I gave my new address to the person I talked to over 3 weeks ago.Guess she never updated it.

I have tried multiple times to get in touch with this company regarding my settlement check issued on August 29, 2025, under the Settlement Agreement with the Seattle Office of Labor Standards. I have called twice and ended up on their waiting list both times. Each time, when I reached number 3 in line, the system asked me to leave a message — but no one ever called me back. I also sent two emails (the last one clearly explaining my concern that the check may have been lost in transit and asking about the process for reissuing it). I never received a response. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At the very least, I expected a simple acknowledgment or update.

A day before I was supposed to get a settlement check mailed I called to confirm and the date was suddenly pushed back no specific date. Just Mid- May. Waiting court approval was the reason I was told which doesn't make sense if a judgement has been made why would the court again have to approve a settlement. EEOC and CPT group full it if you ask me. I've had a couple cases in the past and once settlement was made I was paid instantly so I don't understand this long drawn out process. Case has been settled for 2 years still no fund disbursed

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am part of a large settlement and, for reasons I do not understand, this company was selected to handle the distribution of funds. This was in January. It is now mid July. There have been multiple promises of payment, then retractions for "more information required", followed by more promises of payment. To date, I do not have payment. Furthermore, when asked about the status of my payment, the company only answers with generalizations like "first wave of payments have gone out". I am part of a settlement of over 200 people, and people I have spoken to are all experiencing this. Now I'm sure there is plenty of blame to go around. Like why would my counsel (who will get their own review) would agree to this company during litigation? If your counsel is considering this company for distribution, I urge you to do some due diligence. Maybe look at the pending litigation involving allegations against this company concerning the administration of settlement funds. Makes you wonder…who is actually protecting your fiduciary interests?
