  Walked in to see if there was an attorney available because they were in town. We spoke with an attorney briefly, he agreed to take on the case and then never returned any phone calls. For two weeks messages were left and they never returned the call. A month and a half later a bill in the mail for $200 for a consult came. Not once was it said that consultations, or simply speaking with me, would cost any amount of money. I find it also highly unprofessional and unethical to speak with me, tell me you will take the case and then completely ignore any and all attempts to actually speak with me (even if to say "I don't want your case) and send me a bill for a consultation. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  I was very happy with their representation. Quick responses through both phone calls and emails. Price was reasonable. Were I ever to need a law firm to represent me again, I would not hesitate to hire them.

  Craig Smith is a Beast!!! In Trial, nobody is better. He helped me when I needed a Lawyer the most...my ex-wife took me to court 2-3 times per year for 17 years trying to take away my kids. Craig Smith took care of business and I never missed a visitation and thanks to him...I have a relationship with my kids.
