I had a disappointing experience with Chadwick and Crouse SC. After trying to reach them for over two weeks to schedule a consultation, the lack of clear communication was frustrating. A consultation is meant to provide professional guidance and establish a roadmap before proceeding with any case. However, the firm could have informed us from the beginning about specific conditions required for scheduling, saving us valuable time. Their approach to customer service feels unprofessional and dismissive, which is not what one expects when seeking legal assistance. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

Highly recommend the services of Chadwick & Crouse. I had a complicated immigration case and Teddy directed me through every step. He is quick to respond to emails and calls, and consistently followed up with me after each step of the immigration process to ensure that I had completed the necessary requirements. I know fellow immigrants who have tried to go through the immigration process on their own (without an immigration attorney), which led to delays, documents being rejected by the government, etc...Teddy knew exactly how to navigate the immigration process.

Ben helped us from the beginning of our immigration process to the very end! Every email we sent he responded very quickly and always made us feel important. He knew how to answer our questions in ways that we would understand best, and was always willing to spend the needed time with us until we were completely comfortable with the situation. When we met with him, he gave us 100% of his attention. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a good immigration lawyer!

Extremely happy to have worked with Teddy on our immigration case. Our situation was somewhat complex with existing work visas etc. Teddy provided very clear step by step instructions and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I Absolutely recommend working with Chadwick and Crouse, we could not be happier with the process and outcome - Thank you again!

I cannot recommend Teddy with Chadwick & Crouse enough. He helped us navigate the green card process from initial steps to a successful approved application in just under a year. He was always available to answer any questions (no matter how silly they were) and would always respond within a day to two at the most. Prompt, professional and thorough. You can't go wrong with Teddy. Thank you so much!

Teddy helped my wife and me when he was working in his previous office in 2019 and during the pandemic for our visa immigration case. My wife successfully arrived in the USA. He is professional, answering our questions and needs and guides us through the whole immigration process. Our case is successfully closed , he provided in writing a list of things to pay attention to before next step. We want to thank Chadwick and Crouse SC for their help. I highly recommend Teddy to everyone needing immigration service and I will again contact Teddy for future immigration service.

Teddy helped my family twice when he was working in his previous office in 2019. He is so attentive and professional, answering our questions with lots of patience and is always very responsive to emails. Both cases were closed successfully with speed and he provided in writing a list of things to pay attention to before next step. Just because of his excellent service, when it comes to n400 I chased him down to his own office, even though I have moved to another state. Again he helped us with great care. I highly recommend Teddy to everyone needing immigration service.

Best decision to have worked with him. In all honesty, we cannot recommend Teddy enough. He helped us navigate the green card process from initial steps to a successful application that got approved in under 6-12 months. He always responded to emails/texts within a day to two, even on weekends when we would be stressed out about something. His professionalism is top notch. You just cannot go wrong with Teddy. Thank you!"
