The case was to remove the name off property deeds from maybe 45 years ago. An oversite that had to be fixed by my parents repurchasing the acreage from the children of my grandfather's business partner. This took years to resolve, and the stress took years off my parents' lives. I won't break down the issues and unprofessionalism they experienced but three years later after my parents were "successful" the name that should have been removed is still on the taxes. My parents will never use them again and they had a long history with Crowley Fleck.
