  I could not recommend a better attorney than Debbie! In fact, my best friend is at her office now! :) Debbie is very professional, knowledgeable, and helped me get my life back in order. I went to her a bundle full of nerves, crying, etc., and within the first 5-10 minutes, she gave me the hope that I hadn't had in over a year. She is very patient, kind, understanding, and comforting. She explained everything as we went along & answered EVERY question that I had.   I needed to speak with a lawyer about an issue I had. I stopped by Deborah\'s office, but she wasn't there so I slipped a note under her door. She called me the following day. After giving me some great advice, she set my mind at ease. She told me if I had any other issues in the future to call her back. She is definitely worth reaching out to for advice if needed.   What an amazing experience Deborah Van Bergen is one of the most passionate people I have meant in quite some time. I came to her to file bankruptcy which for anyone is a difficult decision. From the start she was very honest and straight forward and to the point which I totally admire, She stayed in contact about any update that had occurred with my case. She made my process very comfortable I learned a lot from her in my short time with her. She is terrific at what she does and very honest.   I had been putting off filing Bankrupsty for YEARS because I thought it was a long drawn out, expensive and difficult process. By recommendation of a friend I called Debbie, even after the first call I felt more comfortable with the process than I ever have before. She emailed me a questionnaire, councling class and requested just a few documents that I was able to complete the next day. Once the fee was paid we had about a 45 minute phone conversation I signed and sent back signature pages and just like that my case was filed. Wage garnishments stopped and on my way to getting almost 100k in debt wiped out. Debbie explained the options, what was going to happen and spoke with compassion. I felt super comfortable, she made the whole process super simple and I actually feel the relief in my shoulders today. Thank you Debbie You're a ROCKSTAR in my book!

  I spoke with Deborah who was called to help my son at the detention center. She was so kind. Although I was unable to afford her fees, she listened, she then gave me direction and education as I had no clue what to do next. I wish there were more kind hearted folks like Deborah, this world would be a better place. She didn't have to hear me out, and she sure didn't have to give me all that guidance, but she DID! I kept Miss. Deborah on the phone for a good 30 mins. I will never forget her kindness!

  Debbie Van Bergen is amazing. She has known and helped myself and my family for over 20 years now. She's such a caring person that when my father passed in 2010 she reached out to send condolences. I never dreamed I'd need her again but I do and she's still here still helping people. I'm so glad she's still around. She knows her what's she's doing. I know exactly where I'd be without her and thankfully I won't find myself in that situation. If you're on the fence, call now.
