  It is difficult to speak of certain legal situations where one may find themselves and certainly difficult to navigate someplace where you shouldn't have been in in the first place. My situation was no fault of my own, but Debra Booher and her staff guided me through my situation with professionalism and caring about my family and myself as people. Basically, Debora and Marcel fixed my life and and I am truly grateful.   I have been working with Debra Booher & Associates at the Cuyahoga Falls, OH, office for four years, and I appreciate everything they have done for me. I do not wish anyone to go through a bankruptcy of any kind, but if you have to, Debra Booher & Assoc. is the only one to contact. They actually respond to your questions, and provide an immediate answer to your questions. The other big plus is that no one in her office looks down on you for what you went wrong for you to be in this situation.   I wasn't happy I needed help. But i was more than happy with the help i chose. The people in front of me in court didn't have Debra Booher and it showed. The team Debra built became my team. They all did such an amazing job helping me and Jamie was with me through it all. She made sure i was prepared. Confident and informed. My experience was painless. I never want to need them again but if I do i already have my team and if your in this corner reach out to the team at Debra Boohers and start feeling relief almost immediately.

  Debra Booher & Associates filed and managed two bankruptcies for me in 2005 (Chapter 7) after a divorce and 2019 (Chapter 13) after my second husband died. Financial challenges happen in life and I remember feeling so ashamed for having to file bankruptcy. A friend had recommended Attorney Booher to me and when I met with her , Associates they were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I didn't feel ashamed and I truly felt that the Booher team represented MY BEST INTEREST during every step of the process. They answered every email immediately with the many frantic questions that I presented, and never got impatient. I successfully completed my Chapter 13 because of the legal guidance and support from Booher and her Associates, and only 30% of people successfully complete the multi-year Chapter 13 process. My successful completion was only possible because the Booher team educated me, represented me, and over the years constantly stayed in contact with me to provide information and updates.
