  I used Deqlerq law firm for my recent real estate purchase and I was very pleased with the service they provided.   I am SO glad I chose to work with Declercq Law Firm. I had a complicated real estate sale and Emily managed to turn it into a great outcome for me. She had an answer for every issue and situation that came up and she advocated for me very tenaciously throughout the whole process. I had complete confidence in her and in her paralegal Sharon. They were both extremely responsive, fast to act, and patient with me whenever I needed an explanation. I really appreciated that they kept me updated as to what was going on behind the scenes, and would routinely check in with me on Fridays and Mondays even when there was no action item for us.   I worked with Emily and her paralegal Sharon for a real estate sale I was involved with. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was. Both Emily and Sharon were friendly, highly responsive and prompt, and professional. Emily is very knowledgeable about the law and I fully trusted her throughout the process.   We first worked with Emily when we purchased our home. We had such a smooth experience with her that, when it was time to sell, we did not have to think twice about asking her to represent us again. Once we signed the contract to sell our home, meeting our target closing date became particularly important to us. In New Jersey, so much of the real estate process—from attorney review and contract negotiations to all the documents leading up to closing—is managed through your lawyer. We were therefore truly grateful to have Emily representing us because we knew that every detail would be carefully reviewed and that our interests would be protected. Emily is an extremely capable real estate lawyer.
