  Missed 2 of my husband's court dates, showed up late a few times, then looked at me and my son and said I promise no more then 4 to 6 years for him I said how can you promise that and he said some charges were getting dropped and they never did and now he is doing 15 years Derek then promised to file and appeal and he won't even let the secretary transfer my call

  I have called a couple of times asking for some information and Brenda was very rude and disrespectful if she doesn't want to do the job she should quit her job as customers we deserve respect and courtesy but she was an awful person very disappointed

  I recently worked on a case involving a motion to reopen for my sister. I initially came to this office hoping for guidance, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The person I spoke with possibly a paralegal — did not take the time to listen to me carefully. She quickly dismissed my concerns and told me it would be very hard or nearly impossible, and that I would have to start the whole process over. I felt discouraged and unheard. Thankfully, I did not give up. I consulted with another attorney named Atziri , who took the time to truly listen to the full details of my case. She understood what I was trying to do, supported me, and helped me file the motion correctly. Today, the case was accepted — confirming what I believed all along. If I had followed the advice from this office, I would have lost the case that I worked so hard on. It's important that legal professionals listen with care and avoid discouraging clients without fully understanding the situation. For that reason, I do not recommend this office based on my experience.
