  I had a great experience with Bellport. The building was super clean and they responded quickly and efficiently to any problem that arose. Once, during a blizzard, my heater vent was blocked by snow and someone came out immediately to fix it. He was familiar with the unit and knew just what to do (that only happened once, btw.) After I moved to a new location, I received my security deposit back with no problem and no delay. I was very happy with my time in their building and would have no problem's recommending them to anyone looking for an apartment.

  Best property management company in Portland. I found Bellport by asking three different real estate brokers for a recommendation, they all came back with the same answer. Bellport has managed my apartments for several years now, they do an outstanding job with the tenants and maintaining the properties. Easy to work with, runs like clock work.

  When we moved back to the United States from New Zealand in late 2021 we rented an apartment in Gardiner, ME through BellPort Property Management. Their team, especially Danielle, were always responsive, kind, and helpful. Moving to back to the USA was a tough experience, but having such a nice home managed by BellPort made it a lot easier. They did a great job of taking care of the property and were always responsive to calls. Highly recommended.

  We just moved into 28 Saco. Danielle, leasing manager, was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and professional. Owen was outstanding getting us set up in the apartment and taking care of details with keys and such. Enjoying the apartment very much. It was a seamless process moving in.

  My partner and I rented an apartment from Bellport for 4 years and had a fantastic experience with them as our property manager. Communication was always great and any issues were addressed right away. We had an ongoing issue with one of our appliances and Jackie and the maintenance team worked diligently with us to find a solution. Even during light snowstorms there was always someone there in the morning salting our driveway and steps making sure the property was as safe as possible. Bellport is by far the best property management company I have had over many years living in Portland. I highly recommend!

  Being in the military I've lived in a lot of places with a lot of different Leasing companies in the last 6 years. In my opinion, Bellport is one of the best. I wouldn't say that they went way out of their way/above and beyond in accommodations, but that's not their job. They did their job extremely well from my opinion, they were responsive, timely, understanding, and patient with their tenants. My complex had a LOT of drama and I know Bellport was contacted frequently. It's easy to get jaded or complacent when there are constant petty issues from tenants, but from my observation Bellport took everything in stride. When I had a concern via email or phone they were responsive and fair. When I needed to talk to someone in person they made time for me and actually listened, rather than being defensive or critical or judgemental. They handled conflict and communication with an unbiased stance really well. I had a very good experience communicating with the Bellport Leasing team. For those who rent and move often, you know it's hard to find good property managers. Bellport is reliable and consistent. That's all you can ask for sometimes. To make a shout out to their Leasing process, I was nearly scammed trying to find a place on a popular rental site, so I went straight to this management company and had a good experience. Prices are fair and they provide equal opportunity for all. I had to move to be closer to my boyfriend, otherwise I would have gladly stayed with this management. Thanks! Becca

  In all honesty, I've never worked with a more professional and helpful property management company. A lot of their competition are slow to respond to repairs or even an email about one, tend to have rude customer service capabilities, and wouldn't go to the lengths that Bellport does for their tenants. I was skeptical when the previous owners sold, and it ended up in Bellports care, but after two lease terms with them, I can confidently say I was wrongfully skeptical. Im now in the process of renting a second property managed through them, and Haley has been nothing short of amazing in helping me with any and all questions that I've had.
