  Today I received a call from Stacy. She explained that she just had a telephone conversation with my mother (who is in a nursing home). Stacy explained that her office had received an online inquiry, supposedly from my mother, about an accident (that never actually happened). As it turned out, scammers had used my mother's (accurate) landline, but had created a fictitious email address to go with their fake claim of an accident (with injury). All this to say that Stacy went above and beyond today by finding me (Power of Attorney) to alert me to this victimization. Stacy certainly didn't have to seek me out, my gratitude for her effort is immense! Thank you so much for going the extra mile (for people you don't even know). Your kindness restores my faith in humanity! Short story - If I needed a law firm, I'd certainly put my faith into Douglas, Leonard & Garvey!

  Was not even worth a call back for a potential $200,000+ case that involved children potentially getting a life long disease. Seems they just want easy cases and not cases with any substance where they could actually showcase their expertise and help protect the youth. Maybe serious cases are not their strength.
