If you're going to collect a debt don't come at people with an attitude or hang up. Every time I talk to one of these ghouls they are just rude. I tell them the amount they want me to pay just doesn't work for my situation in life and they go "What's the name of the company you work for" sorry not happening, "well we start them low then after two months increase them" yea not doing that, fixed rate or nothing. But regardless they hang up mid question every time. I get people get heated but this collection agency employees people with the same attitude as kids at McDonalds.

Per RCW 9.73.030 There has to be both parties to consent in state of Washington to record the phone conversations. I've asked several times not to be recorded and they become rude and ive been hung up on and told to come in and make a payment wich is not possible as I dont live close by. They use bullying tactics to get you to pay what they want. I've been in contact with attorney general office and supposed to keep track of all the time I ask not to be recorded and they do it anyways and being bullied by them. Yes I owe money thats not my problem, it's their rude employees and the bullying tactics they try to use, and most ppl dont stand up for their rights and they know this. So if you are like me and dont want to be recorded over phone, you have every right to say no again it's a 2 party consent state meaning both parties have to say yes. Im sending all this to attorney generals office, they have said they are already aware of this company. 🤔 And what they are doing is illegal! UPDATE: The Attorney General office people got back to me and as we spoke the lady stated that Dynamic Collectors gave the 2 recorded phone calls between me and Dynamic Collectors of them stating I could come in office or do it online I laughed and said yes they did say that finally but this has been going on since last Aug and then I stated the business just picked 2 calls out that they looked good. I told the very nice lady about other phone calls with this Business and how I was treated rudely and other details. The lady said oh ...well now I'm going to get back to you because I'm going to ask for all those phone calls. I also find it funny that couple times Dynamic Collectors actually asked me if I was recording them, for which I stated No that's illegal without consent right? The AG ppl also found it funny. Now waiting to hear back after they get all the phone calls

There's alot of horrible reviews and look guys I get it it totally sucks. This company it self though and the people inside have been nothing but helpful to me. I was forced to pay over $75 a week from my check and that adds up I had no idea that I could work with them after a garnished wage. Times became tuff and so I called, the lady's in this office are very sweet granted there was once I talked with someone and I was having a bad day I think we both were it happens. Anyway after speaking about my situation I got a payment plan that works for me and I've been making payments on time ever since. Its not hard to be a decent person if you ask or explain in a calm and understanding tone you can get almost anywhere at the end of the day were all human and thats the job they got. Thanks dynamic collectors for working with me and not trying to totally drown the problem I appreciate the chance to build my future back up!

Clearly its a debt collector so already a hard situation. I am giving them a 1 star review because how I was treated. My bill said dispute by this date so I sent in a written dispute and called them. The first person said there wasn't anyway I could dispute the charge even if I made the deadline to dispute. I asked to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor said she couldn't waive the fees, make a dispute or set up a payment arrangement. I explained my situation and wouldn't even help with a payment arrangement. After asking her 3 times to set up a payment arrangement, she said call back with the payment and hung up on me. If the letter says payment arrangements and disputes, why would her answer be no to both. I was treated with the most disrespect especially by someone who is suppose to be in charge.

Your website sucks! Like why can't I pay my bill on your site when clearly there's an option to do so. Everytime I try of I can't and I have to call. Update your website!

Never received mail for bill. Never received a response as stated on their original piece of mail. Never got any information about why this debt even exists. Come to find out the hospital messed up yet somehow I need to now pay interest on a debt I was never informed about? Gotta love corruption!

I mean collection agencies are scammy as is but this one in particular takes the cake. Not only will they take your money as a settlement payoff but they'll "mess up" sending in the paperwork so you keep getting your wages garnished anyways. Either they are incompetent at their jobs or they are trying to rob you intentionally. And even when you get a conference call going with them and the payroll company they are 0 ZERO 0 help. Everything is "I can put in a request." If your customer service agents have 0 ability to do anything beyond putting in a request just get rid of them they serve no purpose.

Foul … I paid my bill and she said it's not in her office. I stated I paid the provider. She said that I would have to pay again and have a credit with my provider. I said I paid for the dates of service and it's not my job try to get a refund from the provider to pay them for what I ready paid. She said that I now owe them not the provider and that she will mark me as refusing to pay. I never stated I refused to pay as I told her that I have receipts that show I paid the provider. She must like showing other ladies some serious hate when she lies about our conversation that by the way is recorded so her statement about me doesn't match our conversation. So bad faith, bad documentation, falsification of records, what a good company. If you hire them to collect you contracted them and would ypu want that liability of falsifying statements?
