Morris uses condo law against the people. All he cares about is charging the bldg for his Shady services!

I cannot stress enough how poorly run this office is. They are very inconsistent in communication, often missing phone calls and not returning them, and very (negatively) reactive when you are able to catch them. Take your business elsewhere.

I was looking for some advice about a retirement center, where several of the elderly and disabled people were complaining a lot. I had brought some of the concerns up to the management and actually had a few of my own. Paul Cunney was a very big help to me in the past and directed me to a lawyer who deals with senior residences. Mr. Cunney is ery nice and knowledgeable.

I Am currently dealing with this company as my collection agency. I tried to look them up on BBB and no wonder they don't show up at all. My experience with this company has been bad. The paralegal I am assigned to regularly doesn't respond for weeks and then she does respond It's with more fees and legal action because time has passed. Legit paid this company over 6 grand and I can't get a email for 6 weeks... but when it comes the email has lien attached to it and a time sensitive deadline when I been trying to pay all this time. They drag the business on so they can collect on fees and their paralegal is either not answering or tracking down your checks? What kind of collection agency can't even collect the payments in an orderly fashion instead want to charge you fees for late payment. I am really disappointed with this company and can't wait for them to find my last check so I can go back to my HOA. Would not recommend to anyone at any time. They act like you can't pay your bills.. instead of actually helping you pay them. We asked the paralegal for a breakdown of charges so we can pay them... we didn't hear back for 6 weeks. Really unprofessional and unacceptable. If you're assigned this company and the paralegal I had. Good luck to you my friend.
