  Very good service. They are always on top of the paperwork that has to be looked at, and offer very good explanations about stuff. My moms case is being handled by the attorney assistant Carolina, and so far I will definitely give her a 5 out of 5!.   Mom had this lawyer, talked through everything with us and made sure we understood what was going on throughout the whole process. Extremely helpful and expressed great professionalism with us. Lawyer's assistant was also helpful and communicated very well with us. Very thankful for him, if you need someone billangual i definitely reccomend him!

  He does not provide or advise on the required forms on time per court requirements. Because of his late workers compensation form submission, my family members case was lost. The reason was for not reporting on their form on time, but he did not advise or provide the document until 5 months after the case began. He was hired for the workers compensation case the week of injury but did not provide the needed forms in a timely manner. He fails to inform clients of important developments in their case and does not answer clients inquiries.

  I hired this guy I thought he was a good workers compensation lawyer but he lost the case and I will be limping the rest of my life. 2 years without work and no compensation. He doesnt answer calls or texts when you need him. My foot was fractured from a tractor injury by another worker driving on-site. This resulted in 2 years of being out of work and the lawyer closed the case and did not ask my permission to do so. Nor did he try to complete further action to assist me. I do not recommend him because he will put you in a mess. I now have to pay $14,000 out of pocket for medical bills.

  Horrible post service. My mother in law used this firm after her accident. At the beginning typical law firm that promised the best service and the most in some type of compensation. After the fact she learned her position of winning her case. She had questions . Never bothered to present the offer from the insurance. Only a "representative" from their offices reached out. She called back for documentation in regards to the settlement and asked to speak to the lawyer in charge of her case instead she talked to Nicole who left her 4 times for over 20 minutes to get updates on her case. Unfortunately she did not get answers. I called same routine spoke to nicole and asked if the firm could send her documents that stated the settlements payouts to whom and amounts. Also was placed on hold never got a clear answer. A simple email of this would have sufficed. As of today 8/8/2026 no call back no answers and my mother in law still feels in limbo. Is this how you service the Hispanic community??? Horrible horrible service
