  Attorney Straub and his staff were exceptional from our initial consultation through the entire K1 Visa journey. They were both caring and professional during what could've been a very stressful process. We now have our green card in hand and could not be more pleased. No errors or surprises during the last 3 years of working together. They helped prepare all governmental forms (I-129F, I-485, & more), met with us when needed over phone or Zoom and always answered our questions with urgency. I don't think we ever waited more than 24 hours for a response from their team! The app they use to communicate & confidentially share updates and information is great.   I came here about a year ago from France and needed an adjustment of status because my boyfriend and I were getting married and Attorney Erich Straub helped us through the entire process to be able to do that in the best and fastest way. I received my Green Card in less than 6 months which was so much faster than anything I would've expected. The Attorney and his team took care of nearly everything for us which was very stress relieving.   I tried to handle my citizenship case on my own but eventually became stuck after months of waiting and being told a letter had been mailed that I never received.
