  I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, communication with lawyer Rob Rooney has been consistently unreliable. Despite multiple attempts, my emails have been ignored, leaving me feeling frustrated and neglected. To make matters worse, I've discovered that I'm not the only client who has experienced this issue. It's concerning that a law firm would neglect their clients' concerns in such a way. Given my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution when considering this firm for their legal needs.
