  If you are looking for a down to earth lawyer that will not waste your time and just take your money this is the right one for you! Very honest and up front with his fees and advice. Attorney Fenton and his paralegal are the best to work with. They always made sure that we were taken care of and all my questions were answered.   He back in 2012-2013 took my husband's case. He in my opinion didn't do his job to his best potential. District attorney never changed the charge to a lesser charged that in court it was said it would be.. Was told by district attorney nothing they could do call attorney an he said same thing. He represented my husband and didn't do his job in my opinion... Personally if he didn't believe my husband he never should have taken his case....

  Would not recommend. I paid his fee, I was approved for ARD, and after that he would not respond to my emails or phone calls. I had to go to the courthouse myself and figure out how to fill out the paperwork correctly to file for my expungement - which I had paid him to do. It's like he took my few thousand dollars and didn't care at all afterwards. I would recommend going with a different attorney and law firm.
