When one needs a lawyer, it's not always pleasant. I'm just beginning work with two different lawyers here for two separate issues. Been very welcomed and treated kindly, fees are reasonable, and the front desk lady is great too. Very homey for a lawyers office! I'll update my review once through with my case.

Incompetent: Ed Fitch advised that I would need to sell my deceased father's house within a certain time frame to avoid having it put in mine and my sister's name. In reality, I was not able to sell until AFTER this time frame. This error resulted in the sale falling through. I now know that this is pretty basic stuff that Ed botched. Lack of attention to detail: When I received the small estate affidavit that Fitch and Neary prepared, it was riddled with errors and had clearly not been proof read: phone numbers with only 6 digits, duplicate sections, misspelled words. Most of all, terrible communication: Ed Fitch was impossible to get ahold of. I would call multiple times per week with relatively urgent questions - no response. Once I visited their office to pick up some paperwork and had a very quick question - instead of coming out to meet me, we played a game of 'shout telephone' between me, the office assistant and Ed's paralegal through her open door down the hall. I brought up my dissatisfaction with Ed's poor communication via email and he chose not to acknowledge it. I know some clients are a pain and have a bad experience based on their own issues. Take it with a grain of salt but this my first ever review and I'm getting along great with my new attorney. These guys just aren't good at their job.

Nothing good to say about this firm. Andrew is as unorganized as can be and does not communicate well at all. Billing at this firm is terrible as well. Used this firm for about nine months and only received a bill when we requested it. Andrew took on my custody case in the beginning saying there was plenty of evidence to fight with. As time went on and my ex wife continued to mentally abuse and manipulate my children, racking up way more evidence, Andrew continued to milk us of money and ignore my requests to take an offensive approach in the case to relieve my babies of further abuse by their mother. I gave him the benefit of doubt in the beginning, thinking he was taking a tactful approach, but it seemed to be laziness instead. My ex eventually retained a new attorney due to child therapist records working against her favor and her first attorney stating such. It was abundantly clear that Andrew was intimidated by her new attorney and began trying to convince me to settle in the middle. All this, then nearly a month after retaining a new attorney and he sends me another hefty bill. Fraud, abuse of power, unprofessional, unorganized, arrogant are words that come to mind. Don't waste your time or money.

Andrew really came through for me. I had no idea what to expect. I was stressed out when I first came to Andrew. After speaking with him I had this weight lifted off my shoulders. Through the entire process I was able to breathe because I knew I had the best attorney out there. He fought for me and made sure I got the best possible outcome. I'm very pleased with Andrew and his entire firm. Helen was very helpful and answered all of my questions when Andrew was not in the office.

Went and saw them in November for an employment issue. Basically was told nothing they could do. Spent 15 minutes at the most. Got a bill today in the mail for $150 plus $1.29 with interest. Interest? They was supposed to be no charge otherwise I would've paid it that day. First time seeing a bill but sure wouldn't have paid $150 to tell me to bad. This isn't the first time. Don't recommend their office. Try to have them help me modify a child support order that hadn't been modified since my son was born. They told me don't bother even though expenses and 10 years gad past.

Peace of mind and trust are the two words that come to mind. Lisa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable around real estate and land use. I'm really grateful we met and that she is there to help our growing family. She has helped us with estate planning and land use. Definitely recommend their firm and Lisa.

Sean Nearly is the best! He's professional and compassionate and oh so effective as a lawyer. Sean makes a difficult process manageable and his sense of humor stays respectful and comforting.
