  I'm so glad we were recommended Romben Aquino! My husband and I were looking for an attorney to help us with my green card application. Because of some challenges in my case our previous lawyer recommended us Romben because she believed he had more knowledge in cases like ours. We could not be more grateful that she did because Romben and his team looked at our whole case and explained every option with so much detail and honesty. I believe when you're going into any process like this with USCIS you need someone who will fight for you but also be very honest and not sugarcoat anything. Although our case was challenging and we had to deal with a new administration in office and covid guidelines, Romben and his team was able to prepare our case in the most affectively way possible. We submitted everything March 2022, I had my biometrics in April 2022, we had a RFE in November 2022, they received everything February 27,2023 and I was approved the very next day February 28, 2023 with no interview needed. Romben and his team made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process, they kept us updated and he made sure our packet was well prepared before sending it off. We could not be more thankful for all their hard work. We highly highly highly recommend Fong & Aquino!

  What can I say? This office was not like many others I have tried! Mr. Aquino was very professional and patient with many emails and questions I've sent him, accurate and knowledgeable. ‏ I've reached this office as a referral from a different attorney that did not want to take this appeal. Mr. Aquino has made research before providing me his opinion about my case. He was basing previous similar cases and made me understand that I'm in 'good hands'! Surprisingly, at the day of my appeal, Uscis Senior office has apologized for their wrong decision on my case, and made me a US citizen within the same day! It was only since Mr. Aquino has mentioned they have made me spend a lot of money for attorney and immigration fee. We came all the way from N400 denial into a US citizen.. Thank you, Mr. Aquino!   I came across Mr. Romben Aquino's office 5 years ago needing represantion for removal proceedings. Mr. Aquino did his best work and allowed to stay in the country and keep my Legal Residency. Last month I got my Citizenship and two days ago I voted in my first election. Thank you. An amazing human being, an excellent professional and inspirational character.
