  Attorney Gaffney was extremely helpful, understanding, and always communicated with me.   I was up against the wall by my creditors including my HOA and Mortgage company. I found a flyer offering Bankruptcy information and services offered by David Gaffney Law Firm. Honestly, I don't remember how I came across this flyer, but it was a God send. I called the number on the flyer and David answered the phone immediately.   Gaffney Law Firm helped me with my Chapter 13 bankruptcy and it was a great experience. From the first day I called them I felt like I mattered.   Mr Gaffney stayed on the phone with me until after 10 pm for an emergency filing of Chapter 13. He is very knowledgeable and willing to do anything to help you. Luckily thanks to him I don't have to vacate my home. I don't know what I would've done without him.
