  My neighbor put a new gutter in facing 3 feet from my basement window. Flooding my basement and destroying my foundation. I payed this attorney almost 2 years ago and he hasn't even filed in court. Took my money and doesn't even return phone calls.

  ***AMAZING Law Office. I'm from out of state and needed a lawyer in Nebraska to handle a Guardianship/Conservatorship for a family member who resides in Omaha and suffered a medical emergency that disabled him. I cannot give Rod, and his Paralegal Michelle, enough praise for their professionalism, knowledge and genuine caring concern for what my wife and I were going through.   I had a good experience. But after referring this firm to two close friends they had had extremely terrible experiences including not getting any sort of return calls. Bills that aren't being explained and no work done in over a year. Extremely embarrassed for referring this law firm to ANYBODY!

  Couldn't say enough great things about this law firm. They are all extremely knowledgeable and kind. I've spoke to other attorney's and felt like I was talking to a used car salesman, I did not get that feeling with Mr. Gnuse. He understood what we are going through and showed genuine compassion and empathy. I highly recommend this group. Special shout out to his Administrator Michelle, she is one of the kindest people I have ever met. I feel so much gratitude for both Mr. Gnuse and Michelle.
