  Deeply disappointing and careless handling of my Green Card process, zero sense of urgency or accountability My experience with Goel & Anderson, especially Attorney Sismi Menachery, has been one of the worst I've had with an immigration law firm. Their lack of urgency, poor communication, and careless handling of my PERM process directly contributed to severe professional and personal consequences for me. After my company approved my Green Card process in January 2024, it took them nearly six to seven months just to prepare and submit the Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD), a delay that cannot be justified. Every time I followed up with genuine concern about H-1B timelines, I only received copy-paste responses like "we are on track" or "these are DOL timelines," with no accountability for their own internal delays. The PERM process is indeed complex, but that's exactly why employees and employers rely on immigration attorneys to guide them efficiently and responsibly. Instead, this firm showed no proactive action, no ownership, and no empathy for the time-sensitive nature of an H-1B worker's situation. Because of this repeated negligence and lack of transparency, my employer lost confidence and withdrew sponsorship, leaving me to face severe career and immigration uncertainty after years of service in the U.S. I strongly caution anyone, especially H-1B professionals from trusting their future to this firm. My experience with Goel & Anderson has been one of delays, frustration, and serious professional damage caused by their inefficiency and indifference. ___________ Update after firm reply: The firm's mishandling of my Green Card was severe and inexcusable. Despite my employer approving the process in January 2024, they waited until May 2024 to file the Prevailing Wage Determination, then refiled in June 2024 — over five months of inaction during a critical H‑1B window.   Had a great experience with Goel and Anderson while H1B VISA renewal. Nice staff and prompt updates. I just wish they supported online payments and not just checks/dd, then things would be faster for me. Otherwise they are 5 star.   am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Goel & Anderson. Throughout my RFE process, the firm demonstrated a concerning lack of proactiveness, urgency, and basic care for the human impact of their delays. Due to their prolonged turnaround times and lack of communication, my case languished, forcing me into a continuing unpaid Leave of Absence (LWOP). This negligence caused severe and direct financial stress to my family. Most heartbreakingly, because of their inaction, I was forced to move out of the country without a final response or resolution to my case. When you entrust an immigration law firm with your career, your livelihood, and your family's legal status, you expect a high standard of advocacy and responsiveness. Unfortunately, Goel & Anderson failed completely on all fronts. I would not recommend their services to anyone whose livelihood depends on timely and diligent legal work.
