  Not great at all. My experience has been that the firm professionals here take a rather short-term view and requires far more follow-up and oversight than should reasonably be expected. This may reflect gaps in experience, potential staffing, capability, or an overreliance on a small, stretched team. Regardless of the underlying issue, the impact on service quality and overall experience is noticeable and causes distress on almost every task. If consistency, responsiveness, and proactive service are priorities, I would highly recommend exploring other options.
