Kelly helped me through my divorce. He was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Be careful who you work with. James Jenkins knew I couldn't afford him, instead of recommending me to a different lawyer, he up-charged me as much as a firm-lawyer would for any high-profile corporate case. I believe he did this because he assumed I would go bankrupt and he could write it off. He took my ignorance for granted. I was willing to go into debt for my daughter for good representation, but he didn't advise well, and actually caused more harm to my case than good. He did not represent me well when I needed it the most. I trusted him, because my family recommended him, but hindsight, and working with multiple other lawyers after, has taught me to do my own research. Luckily, I found another attorney who had to do major damage control. I found out over the years how atrociously he had charged me for the case I had. I wish I had gotten the same service as the others are saying in their reviews. Vet who you hire and advocate for yourself when needed.

Seth Tait along with the team at Olson & Hoggan have been invaluable for our business legal matters. Their expertise and understanding helped us through a large stressful collection endeavor that went to trial. The outcome and subsequent settlement was successful beyond our expectation. We will continue to use them moving forward.

The first lawyer I had here a few years back wasn't very helpful as he was about to retire, but I now have Kelly and he has been amazing to work with! Very prompt, thorough, kind. I'd definitely recommend!

Watching a close family member go through this experience was incredibly frustrating and heartbreaking. We had just lost our mother, emotions were already running high, and we placed our trust in professionals because we believed they would guide us through a very difficult legal situation. Unfortunately, that is not how it felt from my perspective. After the original attorney was no longer handling the case, I genuinely believed another attorney at the firm would be taking over. For a couple of weeks, that appeared to be the direction things were going, only for the representation to end without the case moving forward the way we had expected. To me, it felt like valuable time had been lost while my family member became more vulnerable to an already stressful legal dispute. More than anything, I came away feeling that my brother was in an incredibly vulnerable position. We had recently lost our mother, were trying to navigate probate, and were facing a complicated real estate dispute involving our only home. It was one of the most difficult periods our family has ever experienced. From my perspective, it felt like that vulnerability was never truly taken into account. Watching everything unfold, I personally felt that my brother ended up in a position where both the legal dispute itself and the way the representation ultimately ended left him significantly worse off than when he started. Whether intentional or not, I was left with the feeling that his difficult circumstances made it easier for others to gain leverage while he struggled simply to protect our home and carry out his responsibilities as Personal Representative. From my understanding, the firm later reported spending approximately 21 hours on the matter. After reviewing the available paperwork and correspondence, I personally struggled to reconcile that amount of billed time with what I could actually see had been accomplished. My impression was that very little meaningful progress had been made. Th

As has been mentioned before. James Jenkins is the one to avoid. I "Ended up" with him as a pass down when my previous lawyer moved from Olson and Hoggan ... I spent two years and $40,000 just to get nowhere when it comes to trying to get my rightful time with my daughters as a dad. Not only does he not get back with you, he is very unclear in his ability to deliver results and then continues to put it back on you as if it's your fault. Full well charging you every minute. He was more interested in the results of a house sale than he was for the whole reason I got him on there which was to get my rightful time with my kids as a father. He continued to reprimand me for not responding to him when I knew every time I sent an email it was another $130. Then claiming "oh the emails have not been working " ... So then when I would send him emails multiple times being willing to take the hit and spend the money necessary, for my kids.. and he would ghost me. So in 2 years he dragged me along barely accomplishing any results. As was mentioned before in a very similar way about James Jenkins, beware. He is good at his craft.. of being a lawyer. The only time he felt it necessary to respond to me was after I fired him. And knew he could milk me even more. He didn't care anything about my kids. Just the equity of my house... in true lawyer fashion.

I highly recommend Jake. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and very strategic in his approach. Throughout my case, he took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I understood my options, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. What stood out most was his professionalism and ability to stay focused on what truly mattered. I always felt prepared and supported, and his guidance helped me navigate a complicated process with confidence. I'm very grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a strong and thoughtful attorney.
