  Big shout out to Arielle Greeson who helped me resolve an issue pretty quickly today. I notified her that we were still awaiting documentation from the Court and once she took a look at the file, she contacted the Court and within just a few hours I had a file-stamped copy emailed to me.   I had the pleasure of working with Arielle from Hosto & Buchan, P.L.L.C. to obtain necessary documents for processing and from the beginning, she made the process very quick and easy. I usually dread having to reach out to offices as most times, I have to jump through hoops and hurdles for a single document and often times, it takes several tries before I receive a response. Arielle, on the otherhand, was very prompt and professional.   Back in 2013 my mom had a car taken back because she took out 2 loans of around 3000 dollars to get it fixed and when the second time she replaced the computer in the car it didn't fix it. She had to let it go back because she need to work to pay back the loans and to make a living. So they started taking her wages witch is fine she knows she owes them some money. Well I called to get a copy of a receipt where the car was sold at auction. After 2 phone calls to a extremely rude woman answering the phone we a month later get papers with no copy of the original receipt sold at auction apparently we are not in titled to them papers because I called the finance company and they have it on file and they have 2 and only one matches the number I was sent. And on top of that the car had a warranty that she was told she didn't have when she got the car so they couldn't fix it. So these people will apparently lie for the people that pay them. We can admit when we are in the wrong but they can't just to get a few extra dollars. Welcome to Hosto &Buchan.

  I finally paid off a debt with them. This was my first time with collections. I was really scared when an officer handed me court papers to go to court. I went... Hosto formed a payment plan with me that I was able to afford on a monthly basis. Whenever I had a question of problem or needed help, they were always nice and helpful. They were understanding and willing to work with me when I needed help. Even when you could tell they were busy and it sounded stressful at work, they were always kind, professional, and helpful if they were able to and it was still with their standards. I never had a problem with paying a debt back to them. I had a good experience with them. And I learned from my experience and my mistakes from the past. I really appreciated their service in a already stressful situation.

  I had a client who did not pay for the merchandise he sold and despite all attempts to be amicable, the guy decided not pay. It was a big drain on my business and I needed to get paid. I contacted Hosto and Buchan and we had Atty. Sam Strange. He is the nicest guy. He was always on-top of things. He was very responsive via email or phone call, you name it. He gave me an idea of what the outcome would be based on our current scenario but really no false hope. We won the case and it was a clean sweep. Even after the judgment, he was still in top of it to make sure we got paid. They were all very nice in the office and I will recommend them in a heart beat. Thank you, Sam!!!
