  Very lackadaisical and irresponsible. Linda and Robin were supposed to help me with my husband estate. Never really guided someone who was mourning the loss of their husband and never did this before through the process. Charged obscene amounts for barely answering emails and then dropped the ball and missed the probate date because they never sent a letter of engagement over. My mind is blown how anyone could possibly work with them. I'm worried I could get fined and lose my property.

  Just had a very poor experience with their online chat system. The person I connected with online asked me a series of questions. They finished by asking for my contact details so that someone can call me right away. I received the call and the female I spoke with had no idea why she was calling me. To that end, she asked me for the purpose of my call. I repeated what I shared earlier. She then informed me that the person who she wanted to connect me with was not available. I was given the option to leave this unknown person a voicemail. The entire process was so disjointed and unorganized. I decided to decline the voicmail offer because it felt unorganized. Her response: Just to hang up in my face.
