  They are so attentive and helpful. What I appreciate is that they are proactive to help businesses avoid problems. It would be easy for a firm to want to always litigate for clients, but they are happy to set their clients up for success. They prepare you with handbooks designed specifically for your needs and business. The weekly newsletter they send out alone is worth it's weight in gold. It has been especially valuable and informative during the hard to navigate COVID times.
