Gamarra Law Office is the most professional and efficient Immigration Law office in the DMV area! We had the pleasure of having Mr. Gamarra take my husbands immigration case and it was a difficult one. The whole process was very smooth! He gave us trust the moment we walked into his office. My husband had been an immigrant for 20 years he is now a U.S. Resident it was all thanks to Mr. Gamarra and his team they worked diligently for a year in half in my husbands immigration case. We now have a better future as a family thanks to Mr. Gamarra and his team.

If you could leave negative stars, I would. He overcharged for an immigration case that he barely participated in helping with other than having other staff members fill out forms that we could have filled ourselves, and then after charging us, failing to appear at a scheduled interview, and getting our case sent into the Immigration Courts, told us he had to drop our case and we needed to find a new lawyer. He also did not keep records and also destroyed/lost original paperwork so we had to completely rebuild a file before we could move forward with another lawyer.

After 30 years of my mother trying to obtain her residency she finally found the right law office to help her. We contacted Orlando Gamarra office's and told them all about the struggles my mother had with her previous lawyers and navigating the legal system. They reassured her and took ahold of the situation, they did an amazing job looking into her case and finding the best possible solution for her. We can proudly say that after 2 years of starting with this law office my mother is finally a US resident!! It's all thanks to their time and dedication. Thank you so much!!!

Great attorney and a true understanding human being. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I really do thank him for helping the ones who cannot helped themselves, especially our needed immigrants communities. Thank you so much for your valuable services.

My husband and I decided to have a consultation with Mr. Gamarra back in the summer of 2025. The consultation was projected to cost $150 for 30 minutes. We arrived, and everything was normal. My husband and I were genuinely looking to work with a professional and knowledgeable lawyer. Unfortunately, Mr. Gamarra looked at us and basically told my husband and me that we shouldn't file for a marriage-based Adjustment of Status because "now isn't a good time." We spent about 20 minutes in his office for him to shrug his shoulders and blankly stare at my husband and me like we were wasting his last few breaths. He did suggest that my husband become an entrepreneur. But even a starbucks barista could give me that advice for free. We left the appointment frustrated and upset because the office asked us to still pay $150 for 20 minutes of wasted time. Please keep in mind my husband and I avoided using a lawyer and completely filed for his Adjustment of Status ourselves with the help of online free resources, and our process was completed with USCIS within 90 days. Save yourself this hassle and search for lawyers who don't charge for consultstions, and trust your gut should you need to find a lawyer. Thank you.
