  I felt the paperwork was sloppy and contracts were significantly misrepresented. Head of employment practice, Douglas Klein, personally called me and threatened that it was my "last chance" to take a settlement on a recorded line - seemed sloppy. No enforceable NDA or claims waiver before all that pointless aggression...sloppy again. These attorneys were irresponsible enough to send procedural orders they purported to be from a legal authority (spoiler: they weren't). A truly wild experience
