I had an outstanding experience working with Mitch. From the very first consultation, it was clear that they were not only knowledgeable but genuinely cared about my case. Mitch was thorough, responsive, and always kept me informed every step of the way. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I couldn't have asked for a better advocate in my corner. If you're looking for a lawyer who will go above and beyond, I highly recommend him.

Im aware im am not his client, but to ask questions and being answered like im a waste of his time is unprofessional. Some people do not have the mental understanding as lawyers. We are not a waste of time, and no question is considered a dumb or uneducated question.

Mr. Jacobs was extremely friendly and helpful. He listened (many times that is not the case with others), advised and pointed me in the right direction as he was not in the correct jurisdiction for my particular case. Just speaking with him it was immediately obvious that Mr. Jacobs is here to listen and help as best he can.

I reached out to retain this attorney and, admittedly, may have been somewhat brief or unorganized in explaining my issue. However, regardless of how I initially presented the matter, I did not expect to be treated in such an unprofessional and dismissive manner. During our conversation, I was told that what I was saying was contradictory, despite my attempts to clarify. The facts did not contradict, he just did not care to understand the situation, instead he appeared frustrated and at one point asked, "Why are you calling me?" The tone of the conversation quickly made it clear that there was little interest in providing meaningful legal guidance. Ultimately, it became apparent during our brief eleven-minute call that a productive attorney-client relationship was not possible. The conversation had become so unproductive and uncomfortable that I ended it myself. As a third-year law student, I understand that not every prospective client will communicate their situation perfectly during an initial consultation. Part of an attorney's role, however, is to ask questions, gather facts, and help identify the relevant legal issues. What disappointed me most was not the outcome of the call, but the way I was treated throughout it. As someone preparing to enter the legal profession, I find it deeply discouraging that there are attorneys who speak to prospective clients in such a dismissive and unprofessional way. Many people contact attorneys during some of the most stressful and vulnerable moments of their lives, which often results in an inability to effectively communicate the issue, despite how articulate they may be. Clients and prospective clients deserve patience, professionalism, and basic respect, even if their issue is complex or they struggle to explain it clearly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
