  I was so overwhelmed with credit card debt! I was afraid of filling bankruptcy. I was referred by a friend to speak with Mr Spivey.   Filing for bankruptcy is a very hard choice to make. It is made worse when you use a lawyer that runs you through like an assembly line. Mr. James and the ladies at James Spivey Law office are not like that at all. They took the time to really understand what we were going through and how they could help. He actually listened to what was going on. Took time to think things over and then offered real advice on how to go forward from here. Bankruptcy is hard but Mr. Spivey and his team are an easy choice. If you are needing a consultation please see them. I went to them feeling defeated but left with hope, and a real plan to get back and stay on the right path.

  Sorry sorry sorry got me behind on my house note 3 months had to refinance which was way too much! But he got paid & the payee got paid every month! Luckily I got an I'm sorry email & my mortgage company worked with me!!! Stay away!!! Wow! All good now out of that!
