  Mr. Wagoner is the president and owner of W M Law. Victory Cleaning Systems, Inc. (the company I run) paid the firm - not its individual attorneys - for Chapter 11 Subchapter V representation. As the responsible owner, Mr. Wagoner's conduct in my case included the following: Word document metadata establishes that on April 24, 2024 Mr. Wagoner personally edited fifteen ballot cover letters used to solicit creditor votes on my plan. Five signed acceptances were returned to the firm's office in response to those letters. The ballot summary filed in the case (Doc. 39, under another firm attorney's signature) reported "No Vote" - the five acceptances were not in the summary. When I later asked why Mr. Wagoner's name appeared on the firm's employment authorization (Doc. 13), he characterized the listing as "standard practice to list the other attorneys in the firm on the Application for Employment in the event that Ryan needs one of us to assist him with the case." That characterization is incompatible with the metadata establishing his direct authorship of the ballot solicitation letters forty-six weeks earlier. On January 29, 2026 he wrote that the firm would "cooperate fully with your new attorney to bring them up to speed on the case and ensure a complete handoff of your file."
