  DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!! Contacted them to get information regarding guardianship and explained the situation and they said they could take my case. They emailed me some documents to signed and then needed me to pay $400 for court fees. I didn't pay the $400 right away and they called EVERY SINGLE DAY early morning bothering me to pay the $400. When I finally paid it, within days they told me they couldn't take my case because the person I'm trying to file guardianship isn't in Nevada. Although I explained everything before hand and even called them when I was filling out one of the forms they needed me to sign. Now they are giving me the runaround about my $400 refund. Iva called many times and the attorney is always "busy" and promises to call back that day but never does. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

  JK Nelson really has nothing to do with any of his cases until the end. I never heard from him until the demand was already sent in which was completely inaccurate and they never went over It with me before they sent it in. All I ever talk to is legal Assistance And when the insurance company sent in a offer, I was forced to take it as one of their attorneys called me and bullied me to discourage me to going to court.

  I cannot thank this team enough for everything they did for our family. Going through a custody case is one of the most stressful and emotional things a family can experience, and watching my husband go through this while I was pregnant was incredibly hard. There were moments where we felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and emotionally drained, but this team gave us hope every step of the way. A very special thank you to Theresa. She is truly one of a kind. Her experience, patience, compassion, and support meant more to me than words can explain. She wasn't just a paralegal to us she was someone who truly cared.
