The absolute hands down number one defense Attorney in the Lone Star State right here in Austin right now!! Give his office a call if you need him to fight to the finish for you and your family!!!

Be careful! He is not honest. He will take your money and do nothing. It is almost impossible to contact him directly with his ladies who front him at every turn.

If he is court appointed attorney You will need to get second opinion on your case..he was fixing to send my son 30 years to prison without full investigation on my son case. We withdrew him in court for another court appointed counsel...we have the right to be heard ....due prosess of the law 14th Amendment saved my son...I believe in the Constitution that sets apart when your life is jeapordy...you have absolute constitution rights as a client who is incarcerated ...I do not recommend this attorney as your court appointed attorney...

Had him for a court appointed attorney. First I sat in jail for a month before I even met him. He wouldn't answer my calls or my families. Then when I met him he promised me that no one could get me a pr bond. So talked to another lawyer and they got me out within 24 hours on pr bond. As a court appointed attorney he will do the bare minimum if you're lucky.

My son's father used this guy along time ago and as long as you have his money there isn't anything ethical about him. My sons father learn that the goes both ways. He missed a couple payments so he became unethical against his own client and what he kept saying was no big deal because it shouldn't have been we had all the answers. Lead my son's father in prison for 60 years. And I was the victim but I never had a scratch on me or a bandaid used. By Mr. Sawyer just refuse to defend his client or let anyone else defend him either. Which later I was told he had a deal with the prosecutors. And if I told you the whole story you would be shocked. I'm sure this man is a great lawyer, but at what cost. The fact that he ruins peoples lives and doesn't have a second thought, is not someone I'd want working for me, because I've seen it first hand he is ONLY in for it for the MONEY. That's not my opinion that's a fact.
