  I cannot emphasize enough to go with attorney Bates if you're considering bankruptcy. It can be very scary thinking about bankruptcy especially when you own a home. However attorney Bates knows his stuff! He made everything effortless on our part. We literally didn't hardly have to do anything besides send in necessary paperwork required and he takes it from there. Kelly is so great she's easy to get ahold of stays in communication. They explained everything in detail and was even able to get the lein off my house! I was able to keep my home and vehicle! And for the price he charges compared to others why wouldn't you want the best!!!! I highly recommend John Bates!!!!!

It started with a phone call, and he was able to answer all my questions and tell me what I needed to do to begin the process. I gathered the necessary information and paid promptly and he got started on the process quickly.   I googled a bankruptcy attorney near me and found John M Bates. I called his office and explained I was extremely worried about a bill that had already been "Discharged" years ago in another state and now we're coming after me for garnishment and I was already having extreme financial difficulties.   I highly recommend going with Mr. Bates. I was so nervous and scared about the whole bankruptcy process. Mr. Bates and Kelly walked me through the whole process, they answered every question I had. They were both so good to work with and told me to relax… it will be ok. Well they were right, it was so easy with their help and not scary at all. I cannot thank them enough! Don't know what I would have done without there comforting help. If your even just considering bankruptcy, go talk with them… it really helps…
