  Jon Clarke SAVED ME from a very unfortunate situation that my ex-husband left me in. Not only had I filed for divorce, but I had zero financial help due to my ex being fired from his job, stripped of his professional license, and leaving me with a mountain of debt, a home to care for and 3 children to provide for… all on my small income. I felt like there was no way out… like everything I had worked my entire life for was falling apart due to the poor choices of someone else. This is when I started researching the possibility of bankruptcy. I reached out to Jon Clarke and he was very responsive and set up a meeting with me very quickly. He thoroughly explained my options and provided me with the moral support that I needed during this extremely daunting time. He very efficiently managed my case and after the Trustee Meeting, it was determined that I had a no asset report - meaning that I had to pay ZERO to the trustee!!   We are very grateful for everything Attorney Jon Clarke did to help us through our bankruptcy process. Jon handled our case very professionally with his experience and extensive knowledge about bankruptcy. He was also personable and helped us work through the process without being judgmental. We had a very complicated case and were not sure of our options. We had invested our retirement funds in an oil business. We had also extended significant personal credit for the business.
