  Paid for consultation, stated he would send me the paperwork and other documents to my email it never happen. Stated he would send over a contractor it never happened. Before the consultation, I explained that I didn't need that I'm ready to move forward all to end up with nothing. No call, monies paid for consultation with no results. What you specifically stated was that you were going out of town and that packet would be sent out to me. This is bankruptcy there's no retainer, it's money paid in full before service rendered. You also stated that the money I paid for the consultation would go towards the remaining balance. You also stated that a contractor would come out and evaluate the property. There was no miscommunication and the email wasn't wrong. You sent an email to me prior to our meeting that I told you it wasn't needed. That I was ready to pay all fees and move forward. I never heard from you.

  I would first like to say that Mr. Jones is a lifesaver. I was in a serious need for a bankruptcy lawyer and found Mr. Jones. The very first phone call to him he was genuinely concerned for me and my family to get back on track. He took the time to allow me to understand my rights as a person going through the bankruptcy process. I felt so at ease knowing Mr. Jones was handling my case. He is very knowledgeable on the bankruptcy laws. He was willing to go above and beyond to get my garnishment stopped.
