  He was untimely in filing papers not withstanding his assurance it would get done by a certain date. Because of this, jurisdiction was lost where we had agreed it was strategically best for my case. However he felt entitled to charge me for alleged work that was of no consequence because of his error. Furthermore he over billed for services either not provided or grossly exaggerated. I should have known better than to proceed with him based on the first meeting in his office, because his main objective was telling me how much time boilerplate motions were going to take and the expense in drafting it, and that the entire retainer would be used up within the first filing of the motions. I certainly had red flags at that point but proceeded because he came recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, I didn't follow my gut and had to fire him shortly after. Of course, I didn't receive my full retainer back even though he didn't follow through on what he promised and cost significant setbacks in my case. Think twice before writing that check. If you're unsure after your meeting, follow your gut.

  Mr. Daniels handled a case for me two years ago and I didn't write a review at that time. However, I was so pleased with his handling of my case that when I needed services of a lawyer I retained him again. He is professional, efficient, knowledgeable and supportive. For the time he spent on my case I felt his fees were fair. I would highly recommend him if you need a lawyer. I have referred him to associates and they have been pleased with his representation.
